Account data
We store your email, display name, role, and email verification status to run sign-in and manage access to the court.
Apartment
We store the block and apartment number you give at signup so admins can tell which household booked the court and reach you about an issue with a booking.
Signup IP address
We record the IP address used at signup to help admins detect and prevent abuse of the booking system.
Booking history
Your bookings (date, time, and duration) are kept so the calendar and your booking history stay accurate over time. Deleting your account also deletes all of your bookings and frees those times.
Name visibility on the calendar
By default your name is shown next to your bookings on the shared calendar. You can turn this off in Settings — when hidden, your bookings appear as "Reserved" to other members instead of your name.
Deleting your account
Signed-in members can permanently delete their account under Settings → Delete my account (type your email to confirm). This removes your account data and bookings. The last admin cannot leave until another admin exists.
